Support of automated jobs was falling on the engineering team. Crafting an interface for orchestration - creation, editing and troubleshooting meant that support could be done by analysts and first level support.

Worked closely with developers to understand data flows. Designed task orchestration user journeys, enabling analysts and developers to create, edit and monitor data flows.
Designed screens for the definition of data sources and data sets.
Documentation of existing and to-be architecture and gap and analysis.
